Welcome to Walton on Thames LTC

We are a friendly club, run by volunteers, set in the leafy outskirts of Walton On Thames, Surrey.
Whatever your standard of tennis we can offer you and your family many opportunities to play. We have excellent teams for those who play competitively, and we have social mix-ins and American tournaments for other players. We also have a coaching programme that means everyone can find a time to improve if they wish!!!

About us

We have about 400 playing members overall, of which 160 are juniors and there are various adult memberships. We also offer mini tennis courses and competitions for children aged 4-8 years. Please see the Coaching pages.

We have been awarded Tennis Clubmark accreditation. This means that the LTA endorses and supports our on-court tennis programmes. Off-court it recognises our overall club management, policies, procedures and development planning all of which endeavour to ensure that both children and adults enjoy playing tennis in a safe environment.

We are proud of our achievements over the last three years. We have resurfaced all 8 of our courts in 2007, we have a new clubhouse and an enthusiastic Head Coach. Play is possible all year round up to 10:30 pm in the evenings.

Unusually for a club run by volunteers, we have an Indoor facility which we call the "DOME". It is erected over two courts between October and April each year and there is a separate membership needed to enjoy this super facility. Please see the section on Indoor for details.
